The refund policy applies to products or services purchase direct from either BAS Technologies Pty Ltd or BAS Technologies LLC collectively referred to as BAS Technologies.
BAS Technologies take pride in our quality of service, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then please raise the issue by email to our admin team for speedy resolution.
BAS Technologies is not liable to the Customer for any failure to provide the Services to the extent that such failure results directly or indirectly from any act or omission by:
a) the Customer; or
b) any third party not within the control of BAS Technologies
Refunds may be claimed for unsatisfactory service within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be given for the portion of the service where the customer is not satisfied with the service and BAS Technologies are liable but where BAS Technologies is not liable, no refunds will be given.
